About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Stocks Manager

to oversee and optimize our inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have at least

three years of hands-on experience

in stock management and a proven ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.

A key focus of this role will be to

lead the transition from a manual to an automated stock management system

, ensuring data accuracy, efficient processes, and smooth adoption across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate stock levels across all product categories. Oversee inventory tracking, replenishment, and reporting. Lead the migration to an

automated stock management system

, working closely with IT and operations teams. Train and support team members in using the new system effectively. Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to minimize errors and reduce waste. Generate regular reports on inventory status, stock turnover, and forecast needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Requirements

Minimum

3 years of experience

in inventory, warehouse, or stock management. Strong understanding of

inventory control processes

and

data accuracy principles

. Experience with or willingness to learn

automated stock management systems

(e.g., ERP, WMS, or other software). Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets (advanced level preferred).

Pay: R15000,00 - R18000,00 per month
