PALLET STOCK MANAGER
We have an exciting career opportunity at Fruitways, for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pallet Stock Manager, based at Melpack, Vyeboom. Responsibilities:

• Manage pallet storage operations, ensuring cooling protocols were followed and pallet data accurately recorded.
• Oversee cold chain flow from packhouse through precooling into cold storage within required timeframes.
• Coordinate pallet consignment, dispatching correct loads per instructions and adhering to all protocols.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety standards including BRC and HACCP.
• Lead and motivate staff by setting clear expectations, providing tools/training, and managing discipline in line with company policy.
• Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification - Grade 12/Matric

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Basic Computer literacy (experience with stock management systems)
• Proactive communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven Organisational skills and problem-solving abilities
• Strong Leadership skills
