Job Summary STOCK & FINANCE CO-ORDINATOR R 25k pm - MONTAGUE GARDENS, Cape Town
We're looking for a dynamic STOCK & FINANCE CO-ORDINATOR to join a fast-growing consumer brand group operating in the fitness and wellness space. If you're highly organized, hands-on, and ready to take ownership of both finance and warehouse operations, this hybrid role is for you.
Growth Path:
This role is designed to grow into Operations Manager and eventually Head of Operations as the business scales locally and internationally.
What You'll Do:
Oversee and reconcile stock across Cin7, Xero, and Shopify.
Manage labeling, recording, and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with third party logistics providers and supervise warehouse staff.
Ensure smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch of products.
Process wholesale orders and handle returned stock clearances.
Support finance by maintaining accurate records and preparing reports.
Drive efficiency and accuracy - hitting KPIs on reconciliations, dispatch speed, and pick accuracy.
Requirements
Matric (required); Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Driver's license & own car required.
Strong Cin7 knowledge (non-negotiable).
Xero familiarity is an advantage.
1-3 years' experience in logistics, operations, or inventory.
Hands-on, practical problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable leading a small warehouse team while working independently.
High integrity, clear communicator, and adaptable to change.
