Oversee the receiving, inspection, and verification of incoming goods and materials.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishments.
Conduct regular stock counts and resolve any inventory discrepancies.
Ensure adherence to storage standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
Liaise with procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to streamline operations.
Prepare and deliver stock reports and inventory movement updates.
Contribute to improving and refining stock control processes and systems.
Minimum Requirements:
A Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
3-5 years' hands-on experience in stock control and receiving.
Background in the electrical or solar industry will be a strong advantage.
Solid knowledge of inventory systems, stock control procedures, and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general MS Office applications.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
