Job Advert Summary
Ensure administrative controls relating to stock
Have a positive work history with previous Employers to be considered for the position.
Having manufacturing experience will be a benefit.
Experience in a similar role is required.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 Business English: Fluent Computer literacy (Advanced)
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and control stock
Report on all stock related issues Monitor and verify all stock related transactions Coordinate all stock movements (receiving, dispatching andstock on hand) Adhere to stock functions in accordance with the RH instruction Assist with monthly and quarterly financial stock counts
Monitor and control returnable stock functions
Ensure all returnable counts are accurate and captured Report and balance all stock received, stock returned Monitor and reconcile all returnable stock to suppliers Capture and ensure transactions on systems Report on any losses
Perform administrative duties
Ensure data/transactions are properly recorded and entered into the Clover accounting system Perform administrative functions * Assist with ad-hoc tasks/requests
