ikejaWireless PTY (LTD) is looking for a Stock Coordinator to join our team, as we embark on the expansion of our network throughout South Africa. In the role, we are seeking a stock controller to execute a range of duties related to the proactive and efficient monitoring of incoming and outgoing stock. In taking on this role, you will play a critical role within the supply chain process and ensure the smooth operations of the business. The Stock Controller role demands that you be exceptionally organized, meticulous, resourceful, hands-on, highly responsible, and are able to take initiative.
Responsibilities of the role (not limited to but including):

• Sound technical industry knowledge
• The ability to communicate clearly and timeously both internally and externally stakeholders
• Effective decision-maker and creative problem-solving
• reporting findings to the management for resolution

• Oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a range of goods required as part of ikejaxe2x80x99s operations

• Stock control: the ordering of stock, stock checking, and counting, stock reconciliation, stock salvaging, stock adjustment

• Take part in managing the ordering system

• Ensure that quality objectives, price, and delivery deadlines are met

• Capturing all orders and recording of digital invoices

• Printing labels and any other relevant documentation

• Producing reports where necessary (e.g. in/out status report etc.)

• Delivering on the general administration relating to the stock involved in ikejaxe2x80x99s operations

• Managing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers

• Utilizing software packages that might pertain to the role

• Executing all tasks in compliance with Ikejaxe2x80x99s policies and vision

• Fully live out the ikeja values and drive the ikeja culture across the business

• Proven work experience as a Stock Coordinator

• Expertise in stock control procedures and best practices

• Strong knowledge of Stock Control Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Hands on experience with stock control software and databases

• A proven experience in multi-tasking and prioritizing different tasks

• Prepared to be on standby/work overtime when needed

• Higher certificate qualification in logistics, supply chain management, project management or business administration

• Experience with advanced just-in-time software; as applicable to the role

• Previous experience in the WISP, networking, or telecommunications space

• Previous experience in a start-up environment

• Drivers license and own transport
