Responsible to effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the service station, delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring a profitable business unit. Furthermore, ensures the alignment to the fuel department strategic plan and compliance with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • The suitable candidate must have a Grade 12 certificate.
  • The suitable candidate must have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • The suitable candidate must have a valid drivers licenses.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons visiting the service station.
  • Efficiently manage daily station operations, including fuel sales, store operations, and maintenance.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of employees to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers.
  • Conduct periodic performance reviews and provide feedback to employees, fostering their growth and development.
  • Handle customer complaints, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and repair services. * Monitor financial performance by analyzing daily sales reports, managing cash flow, and preparing regular financial reports for management.
  • Implement marketing initiatives, such as special promotions to attract and retain customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitors' activities to identify business growth opportunities.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines at all times.
