Job Summary Reinsurance / SQL Developer (Permanent role) Location: JHB North. Salary Range: Market related xe2x80xa2 Maintain Reinsurance programs on inhouse application. xe2x80xa2 Attend meetings with clients to obtain full understanding of their requirements. xe2x80xa2 Provide backup and assistance to Reinsurance Manager and Supervisor. xe2x80xa2 Month end processing: creating and balance tape amounts and records. Submission of tapes. xe2x80xa2 Managing the annual renewal of the clients' annual reinsurance treaties. xe2x80xa2 Managing of RI reporting. xe2x80xa2 Adapting and maintaining the existing reinsurance SQL processes. xe2x80xa2 Managing relationships with reinsurance markets. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: xe2x80xa2 Strong analytical ability and programming skills. xe2x80xa2 Being proficient in SQL is an advantage. Additional Information xe2x80xa2 Experience in the insurance and/ or reinsurance industry would be advantageous Competencies: xe2x80xa2 Good technical skills and strategic thinking ability. xe2x80xa2 Takes initiative and manage projects to completion. xe2x80xa2 Detail-orientated and a multi-tasker. xe2x80xa2 Strong work ethic and highly motivated. xe2x80xa2 Very strong verbal and written communication skills. xe2x80xa2 Ability to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team. xe2x80xa2 Ability to take initiative and meet deadlines xe2x80xa2 Microsoft Capabilities Please email your cv to
