Duties includes but not limited to:

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, scraping, or priming as required.
Mask and protect areas that should not be painted.
Apply paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces using painting equipment.
Inspect finished work for quality, ensuring it meets project specifications and standards.
Follow safety protocols on the job site, including wearing proper personal protective equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
Adhere to environmental regulations concerning the use of paint, solvents, and other chemicals.
Clean and maintain spray painting equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:

A relevant qualification in Spray Painting, Surface Coating, or a related field is preferred.
Any additional certifications in painting techniques, equipment handling, or health and safety are advantageous.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Spray Painter in the heavy equipment, construction or industrial sector.
