Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a variety of sports activities and events for guests of all ages and skill levels.
Manage and supervise a team of sports coordinators and instructors.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests participating in sports activities.
Maintain and manage sports equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with other departments to promote and market sports activities to guests.
Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continuously improve and enhance our sports offerings.
Manage and adhere to budget and financial goals for sports activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the sports and recreation field.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing sports activities and events.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Knowledge of various sports and recreational activities.
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
