SPO: Electronic Systems Project Management ~ SAP Specialist ~ Communication
Western Cape
SPO: Electronic Systems - Cape Town
The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function / work:
1. Log all System Projects with a Project number.
2. Ensure OEM are in line with SOW commences.
3. Report on projects tracker as and when required.
4. Liaise with Contractors CCT officials and projects team.
5. Ensure all Projects are within agreed timelines and budgets.
6. Ensure SOW and quotes are acceptable before work
7. Ensure all related documents are retained and archived.
8. Assist the Head with any tender related tasks and duties as required.
The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements:
Qualification: Grade 12, related qualification in Project Management
Experience: 3 years experience in Project Management
Other skills /requirements (Specify)
1. Computer Literate
2.Competent in the following software = MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, SAP
3. CCT SAP knowledge and experience would be preferred
