Job Description
:
The specifications representative, based in Durban, will be responsible for increasing commercial sales, by calling on Architects, Developers, Designers and Quantity Surveyors for the purpose of obtaining proprietary specifications.
Qualification & Experience:
- Post Matric qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business Management.
- 3-years solid experience in the partitioning and ceiling industry (or relative field)
- Experience in understanding drawings and specifications
- Experience in estimating and writing specifications
- Code 8 drivers licence + own car preferable
- Company and customer expertise.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail
- High technical aptitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Computer skills.
Salary commensurate according to experience and skills.
