Lead project teams to successfully execute Real Estate Development construction projects within the building portfolio.
From the start of the project, agree on the construction project goals (costs, timelines, and quality) with relevant stakeholders.
Establish the project organization and structure and update it during the entire project lifecycle.
Clarify project tasks and scope over the entire duration of the project.
Ensure continuous real estate management optimizations and compliance with property related specifications.
Ensure regular project reporting to project members and relevant stakeholders.
Prepare possible delivery models and present them to the relevant circles for decision.
Ensure the tendering and commissioning of project management, executing companies and planning and design services and control them over the course of the project.
Represent the construction project both internally and externally.
Ensure adequate requirements for risk and change management over the course of the project.
Develop measures in the event of deviations from the target, bring about decisions if necessary and ensure that the measures are implemented.
Integrate approved requirements and possible scope changes into the project.
Implementation of the commissioning, approval, and handover processes in all project phases.
Ensure the completeness and quality of all relevant construction and project-related data in the various project phases and transfers the data to the agreed data system.
You will perform testing and assess functioning/design of internal controls in area of responsibility (ICS compliance).
Qualifications
B.Eng. Degree or equivalent engineering qualification.
PMP Certificate will be an advantage.
At least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in the implementation of construction projects.
Ability to lead cross functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
Broad experience in aspects of real estate development, digitalization, construction, and project management.
Experience managing projects under deadlines that require the organizing of multiple tasks and objectives.
Ability to develop and sustain positive relationships across a range of networks.
Strategic leadership and facilitation skills.
Good decision-making skills, sound judgment, and problem-solving approach.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
