Our client in the Banking industry, is seeking a Specialist QA Engineer with SALESFORCE, to join their team Johannesburg CBD - Gauteng.

About the project:
Position will largely focus on testing, voice tech solutions such as voice biometrics and AVAYA dialler integration into salesforce.
More about the role:
Proactively contribute & participate in the full solution development lifecycle as a member of a squad / multiple squads as an QA automation specialist engineer
Background and experience required:
- 3 xe2x80x93 5 Years QA Automation Engineering.
- Contact centre technologies skills using AVAYA, IVR, ACD, Voice biometrics & dialler etc.
- 3-5 years in Salesforce.
- 3-5 Contact Centre experience.
- 5 years IT industry/Financial services.
