QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

• B- Tech Industrial or Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Analytical
• Good writing and Verbal Communication Skill
• Project Management
• Problem Solving in timely (Speed) and efficient manner
• PowerPoint, Excel and quick to learn other systems
• Understand some level of programming and willing to learn other inhouse programming language

ADVANTAGEOUS

• Previous Experience working with Ultra-Wideband Technology
• Basic Programming Experience
• German Language would be an advantage
• Flexibility by taking on ad hoc tasks
• Operating Independently and own initiative within the field of responsibilities

ROLE:

• Do Planning of Assembly Work Packaged based on analysis and information to identify
• Time Studies
• Ergonomic Impact
• Line balancing based on Work Sequence
• Achieving efficiency loading based on company expectation
• Responsible for conducting Time Studies to determine the optimum utilisation of resources
• Responsible for creating Work packages and SAB as a standard procedure for performing an operation
• Responsible for SERA analysis for Ergonomics assessment and improving the overall ergonomics of working area, plan and introduce process with minimal or no Ergonomics impact
• Project Manage the Use Case role out of Ultra-Wideband Technology in the Assembly Plant, key for steering I factory and innovation topics for the plant.
• Troubleshoot and solve Production critical technology in a timely manner and implement effective solutions to ensure OEE and production targets are achieved.
• Responsible for Continuous Improvement and improving efficiency within area of responsibilities. Savings equivalent to 4X annually salary per annum
• Plans and co-ordinate the flow of material to the line, design sequencing bins/concepts and overall line side presentation and overall work sequence
• Provide ideas for automation technology through Triologiq and LCIA to eliminate non value adding operation ( Innovative thinking)
• Link between Logistics and Planning department to ensure tools, equipment and parts have designated location on the lineside and overall input required for new process planning
• Provide input into annual overheads/CAPEX budget planning
• Achieving efficiency loading based on company expectation
• Eliminate waste withing production process for maximum utilisation of resources
• Plans process and show overall manpower requirements within planned processes
• Introduce process security measures within planned processes, configuration and hardware requirement and communication
• Project Manage the Use Case role out of Ultra-Wideband Technology in the Assembly Plant
• Administrate, attend Group CoCs and key user function for various Assembly Plant technology systems.
• Troubleshoot and solve Production critical technology in a timely manner and implement effective solutions to ensure OEE and production targets are achieved.
• Provides input into annual overheads/CAPEX budget planning.
