Winemaking. Responsible for ensuring that good quality wine is produced for retail purposes. Responsible for the supervision of cellar operations including harvesting, bulk wine, barrels, bottling preparation, sanitation, and cellar organization and cleanliness. Furthermore, provide winemaking technical expertise and ensures compliance with relevant quality standards Requirements

• BSc Degree / Agricultural Diploma with Viticulture and Oenology or similar qualification.
• Wine Industry background with an understanding of local and international market
• Minimum of 5-8 years' experience
• Willingness to work overtime when required, especially during harvest season.
• Sober habits
• Medically fit
• Code 10 driver's license

• Winemaking;

• Manage strategic goals of the Wine Cellar
• Ensure competitive products and services.
• Building strong interpersonal relationships with key recipients in collaboration with Administration Manager
• Ensure compliance to the requirements of SAWIS, KTS and BRC, IPW & WIETA
• Manage the Production plan
• Ensure good filtration practices in order to guarantee quality wine.
• Ensure excellent service delivery.
