Ensure optimization of the Division.
Ensure the availability of resources that facilitate effective service delivery within the Division.
Conduct legal research.
Implement the Knowledge Management Strategy.
Provide education to stakeholders, including consumer education and awareness initiatives for community schemes.
Qualifications
Law Degree
A postgraduate qualification in the relevant field or relevant NQF Level 8 (will be regarded as an added advantage)
Experience
5 - 7 years within a legal environment, part of which must be within the property sector
Legal research
Proven record in presentation/training
Technical Competencies
Knowledge of Community Schemes environment
Knowledge of Community Schemes Governance
Company Law and Law of Contract
Business and performance measurement skills
Must be available to travel nationally and internationally
Knowledge of systems and information systems
Advanced presentation skills
