Job Description
A BRIEF SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experienced specialist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Station and Tunnel Mechanical & Electrical Systems, including Fire Detection and Suppression Systems, Dewatering Systems, and Passenger Conveyance Systems. Responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and system integration across transit infrastructure.
REQUIREMENTS:
? 7 years in installation, operations, and maintenance of Tunnel Mechanical & Electrical Systems
? 5 years of which have been spent in maintenance engineering
? 3 years in reliability-based condition assessment.
? Minimum NQF 7 Tertiary Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Electronic Engineering; and professional registration with ECSA
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Mecahnical/Electrical/Electronic Eng- Degree Certificate
? ECSA PR. Eng
ECSA Pr. Eng or Equivalent
SALARY: MARKET RELATED
