Job Description
Will ensure the tracking of KPI/SLA's of contractual commitments within the Network Operations environment as well as ensure governance is tracked across the vendors. To assist with efficient financial management for OPEX and CAPEX within the Network Operations department. Will also be responsible to loading KPI's onto the contract management tool and ensure the maintenance thereof and Project Management of adhoc projects.
