Position Overview

Car Hire Brokers in Bruma, Johannesburg Gauteng is currently looking for experienced Client Liason Specialist, who will support and promote the habits of the company, and identify the needs of the customer in order to maintain and optimize business growth to achieve customer satisfaction by processing queries within the prescribed time period as per objectives in order to analyze & provide feedback on queries in order to minimize errors and improve service levels.

Specific Role Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge receipt of queries/enquires.
  • Ensure that queries are logged on operating system (Ofran)
  • Conduct a thorough investigation and provide sufficient information to substantiate processing a credit/debit.
  • Close queries on Ofran once resolved.
  • Ensure that the relevant authorization is received before a credit note is processed.
  • Advise customer of the outcome
  • Keep customer informed on progress and of any delays.
  • Manage emails within 48 hours. Log queries if necessary.
  • Identify inaccuracies and address issues with the relevant departments and regions with the view of minimizing errors.
  • Answer incoming calls within 3 rings. Ensure efficient turnaround time.
  • Record incoming calls in your incident book.
  • Pull open claim report weekly.
  • File queries.
  • Must commit to our safety procedures.
  • Book and manage transfers, including invoicing and payment collection.
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualification:
  • Grade 12 or equavilent
Minimum Experience:
  • 2 yearsxe2x80x99 administrative experience - car rental
  • Computer literate xe2x80x93 knowledge of excel, word and Ofran.

  • Fluent in English

  • Competence in Word, and Excel
