Candidate Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a role as a Client Liaison Officer and/or Sales Coordinator (requirement)
  • Travel industry background (A strong advantage)
  • Ability to multi-task functions across different company brands (An Advantage)
  • Complaints handling and drafting feedback letters to customers (An advantage)
  • A good understanding of social media platforms and well versed in posting content (A strong advantage)
  • Understanding of creating client/agent profiles into reservations systems (An advantage)
  • Running and exporting system revenue reports and submitting to clients (An advantage)
  • Loading information and content onto client websites (An advantage)
  • Well versed in working on MS Excel and a good understanding of data formulas (An advantage)
