Receive, administer, plan, communicate, process and monitor corporate events with supervision to ensure events are effectively processed and clients are informed and enabled to make appropriate elections and receive entitlements for corporate events within prescribed deadlines and regulatory framework.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Beneficial - BCom degree or studying towards a commerce related qualification
• Written and passed the Strate Compliance Exams or similar industry related qualifications

• Background in banking operations with a focus on custody and securities.
• Knowledge of the different types of corporate actions
• Knowledge of cash reconciliations
• Knowledge of Dividend Withholding Tax and reclaims
• Experience with clients and counterparties in terms of query management
