Role Purpose

With a focus on data analysis and market research, the Business Analyst supports the organization's strategic direction by providing valuable insights, identifying business requirements, and recommending effective solutions.

This role collaborates closely with the Group Executive: Strategic Planning and the Market Research Analyst to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and evaluate market dynamics. By translating complex data into meaningful insights, the Business Analyst empowers stakeholders to make informed decisions, drive innovation, and enhance overall business performance.

The Business Analyst contributes to the development and execution of strategic plans, supports the alignment of business objectives with data-driven strategies, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Through comprehensive analysis, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication, the Business Analyst enables the organization to adapt to evolving market conditions, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and achieve sustainable growth.

Role Description

Accuracy of data analysis and reporting. Timeliness of delivering analytical insights and reports. Quality of data-driven insights and recommendations provided. Contribution to the development and execution of strategic plans.

Successful implementation of recommended solutions and initiatives. Stakeholder satisfaction with the provided analysis and insights. Effectiveness in identifying and addressing business process improvements. Ability to identify and mitigate risks and challenges through data analysis. Efficiency in conducting market research and competitive analysis. Accuracy of financial forecasting and budgeting analysis.

Collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Efficiency in data collection, data cleaning, and data validation processes. Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in business administration, finance, economics or related field Essential

Master's in business administration (MBA) or a relevant disciplineDesirable

Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA)Desirable

3-5 Years Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related role. Essential

3-5 Years Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements. Essential

2-4 Years Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis. Essential

2-4 Years Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.Essential

2-4 Years Experience in facilitating workshops and conducting stakeholder interviews. Essential

3-5 Years Experience in the use of data visualization tools.Essential

2-4 Years Experience in developing and delivering presentations to stakeholders. Essential
