Aufgaben
Objective
Development, growth and support of vehicle conversions and accessories based on market requirement in accordance with defined policy and procedures and in conjunction with suppliers, e.g. Mercedes-Benz AG, Mercedes-Benz Vans Body Builder Guidelines, technical specifications and standards, to drive the growth of sales opportunities to increase overall sales, to ensure and oversee all regulatory requirement and approval for conversion in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.
Main Tasks
Product Development and Conversion Management:
Lead product ideation, development, and customization oversight, ensuring alignment with market and company goals. Manage Conversion partners and processes to ensure product customization is possible, overseeing the conversion process and guaranteeing that the delivered service meets the required standards
New Product Launches and Promotion Collaboration:
Solely manage new product launches to meet strategic objectives effectively, collaborating with marketing teams to create compelling promotional campaigns emphasizing product value proposition and customizable features.
Market Research and Insights:
Conduct comprehensive market research to inform product improvement and customization, considering customer preferences and industry trends.
Pricing and Distribution Strategy:
Develop and implement pricing strategies accounting for customization options, alongside managing distribution channels for maximum visibility.
Financial Management:
Collaborate closely with finance teams to set budgets, forecast revenue, and manage costs associated with product development, customization, and marketing efforts.
People, Converter, and Customer Management:
Oversee cross-functional teams involved in product development, marketing, and sales. Ensure effective communication and collaboration, with a specific focus on managing Convertors to deliver the required service standards. Establish mechanisms for gathering customer feedback, ensuring continuous improvement based on customer needs and satisfaction, enhancing both the product and conversion processes.
