We are seeking a diligent Product Repairs and Returns Team Leader to coordinate the returns and repairs team and ensure that all stock repairs and returns operations run smoothly. The Stock Repairs and Returns Team Leader will be responsible for scheduling and overseeing repairs and returns tasks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining a record of completed work. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, practical experience in furniture repair work, and the ability to diagnose and solve problems efficiently. The goal is to keep our furniture in safe and excellent condition for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and coordinate the repair of furniture.
Inspect furniture returns periodically to determine problems and necessary repair work.
Coordinate with other departments (Sales and Marketing Department) to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
Supervise and train the repairs and returns team members.
Organize and oversee equipment repairs.
Prepare maintenance reports and summary presentations.
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
Develop repair procedures and ensure implementation.

Requirements:
Grade 12 or Equivalent
5 years of repair work experience in furniture warehousing
Physically fit to do the above-mentioned job
