The position will be responsible for the whole spare parts business, including but not limited to spare parts stock control, parts supply fill rate, parts importing plan order and spare parts cost calculation, spare parts sales policy designing, developing accessories parts, developing local parts supplier and parts sales promotion. The supervisor should be experienced in spare parts business, have the ability to predict the marketing sales and prepare stock in advance.

Responsibility

• Develop a spare parts inventory plan to match the retention and sales plan of all models.
• Develop a spare parts procurement plan based on the spare parts inventory planning, including spare parts sourced from China, as well as spare parts sourced from the local South African market.
• Continuously monitor the fulfilment rate of spare parts orders from dealers/service stations and be responsible for the fulfilment rate of spare parts orders.
• Setting and updating spare parts sales prices and being accountable for annual sales targets and profit targets for spare parts.
• Developing space utilization plans for the spare parts depot, ensuring space utilization of the spare parts depot, and efficiency of spare parts picking and packing.
• Coordinate with freight forwarder for the customs declaration, international transportation, customs clearance and delivery.
• Managing spare parts warehouse service provider, directing him to develop work plans and set KPI's, and being responsible for the performance of the warehouse.
• Develop annual spare parts strategy, report progress of spare parts work and next phase plan every month and submit weekly report on spare parts satisfaction rate and other data.
• Responsible for development. of vehicle accessories and refitting parts supplier.
• Management of emergency spare parts resourcing.
• Carrying out other work requirements set by the company or department.
