Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Uber Eats & Spar2U Manager
to oversee and grow our retail delivery operations.Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) Proven
management experience
Good administrative experience Experience managing staff/teams Strong understanding of retail operations (Spar2U experience advantageous) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targetsKey Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of Uber Eats and Spar2U services Manage and supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery Monitor performance, productivity, and customer service standards Ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries Implement operational improvements and resolve service issues Coordinate with retail teams to maintain stock accuracy and workflow Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
