The South African UberEats Sales Team is focused on growing our restaurant footprint across South Africa, unlocking new cities and underserved markets. As an Account Executive, you'll connect high-potential local restaurants with the UberEats platform, showing them how delivery can drive real growth for their businesses. You'll have a direct impact on shaping our marketplace and helping small businesses thrive.
The AE manages the entire sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to closing the deal and achieving the first order (first trip) with Uber. This role involves developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the account, thoroughly understanding their business needs, and guiding them through the commercial negotiation process. The AE is the main point of contact for the account and plays a key role in ensuring their expectations are met throughout the sales journey.
You will work closely with internal teams to ensure that the proposals and solutions presented align with the client's requirements and deliver the best possible outcome. Your goal is to drive revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
