, you will handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions on behalf of our global clients, providing exceptional service and support in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers via phone.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution.
Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
Follow standard operating procedures and service level agreements.
Minimum Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
Proficient in English for internal communication
Matric or equivalent (a qualification in customer service is a plus)
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in a contact center or customer service environment.
Computer literate with strong typing and data entry skills
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
