Spanish Travel Consultant

As a Spanish Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking clients, designing personalised, high-end travel itineraries across Africa.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

You will be crafting journeys that leave people changed in a way that will make them feel as if they've left a part of themselves in Africa. Share expert knowledge of African destinations and luxury properties Manage bookings, payments, and supplier coordination Provide excellent support before, during, and after travel Meet and exceed individual sales targets Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent in Spanish (spoken & written) 2-5 years' experience in the tour operator/travel industry Proven ability to sell tailor-made travel experiences Destination knowledge: Southern & East Africa, Indian Ocean Islands Confident communicator with strong client service skills Experience with travel systems (e.g. Kaptio, Globetrack, Tourplan) Matric/National Senior Certificate

Not essential but advantageous:

Diploma/Degree in tourism
