Job Summary

We are seeking a warm, professional, and well-organised Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, ensure seamless appointment scheduling, and support the spa team in delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner Manage bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and walk-ins using the spa booking system Provide accurate information on spa treatments, packages, promotions, and retail products Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and in person Process payments, issue receipts, and manage daily cash-ups Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality at all times Coordinate therapist schedules to ensure smooth daily operations Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, calm, and presentable Support retail sales by recommending suitable products and services Assist with administrative duties, stock control support, and reporting as required
Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist or in a similar hospitality role Background knowledge of spa services, treatments, and wellness offerings (advantage) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time-management abilities Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Basic computer literacy and experience with booking systems Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
