- Seeking an experiencedSPA MANAGER
for an Upmarket Day Spa.Require an enthusiastic, self-motivated candidate with excellent personal presentation.
Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC an advantage.
Minimum 3 years' experience
as Spa Manager.Very Professional and presentable for Upmarket Environment
Required to understand financial statements and manage a spa operating budget, have excellent communication skills and be a confident team player.
Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel
Management Skills Needed: Administration, Management, Leadership, Ensure excellent customer service, Sales & Revenue, Expenses & Logistics.
Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills.
Mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.
Mature, responsible, passionate, revenue and target driven.
Well-groomed to present the brand.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Own reliable transport
.Strong leadership and excellent People's skills
Market related basic salary PLUS commission PLUS performance Bonus.
Shifts: 8-5, 9-6, 10-7, 11-8 Mondays to Sundays (2 weekends off per month)
