Job Summary
BEAUTY-SPA MANAGER - Luxury salon & spa frequented by locals, tourists and UHNW clients
LOCATION: Kingdom of Bahrain
REPORTS TO: Director / CEO
CONTRACT: 2-year contract with option to renew
TRADING HOURS & SHIFS:
- Monday - Sunday
- Flexible times & times off
- USD $2,500 per month Salary (based on experience) | from BD 850+
- Company accommodation (Single apartment) - includes a Gym & Pool overlooking the marina
- Company transport (from accommodation to work & back) / Transport allowance
- Recruitment Flight join & end of contract
- Employment Visa
EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full-time / Permanent
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Qualifications in Spa / Beauty (accredited international)
- BONUS - Hair Styling Qualification
- BONUS - Fitness Qualification
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / BABTAC / City & Guilds etc.
- Spa Managerial experience essential - this is not an entry level position.
- Previous employment within the GCC is preferred
- Cruise Ship employment experience highly beneficial
- Minimum of 5+ years spa/salon experience
- Experience working High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI)
- Highly focused individual with Spa knowledge and guest services orientated
- The ideal candidate will be well-versed in financial management, human resources, front desk operations, and team leadership.
