We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Spa Manager to lead our upmarket spa located at The View Boutique Hotel. The ideal candidate is polished, guest centric, and able to maintain 5 star standards while motivating the team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery
Maintain exceptional guest experience standards and handle guest feedback professionally
Lead, train and supervise therapists to ensure quality, consistency and professionalism
Manage bookings, product control, upselling and revenue targets
Ensure facilities, hygiene and presentation meet luxury spa standards
Drive monthly specials, marketing collaboration and package development
Maintain policies, procedures and strong operational discipline
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years spa management or senior therapist experience in a luxury spa
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Excellent knowledge of treatments, products and spa operations
Confident in administration, stock control and scheduling
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Well-presented, polished and able to uphold a 5-star brand
