- Upmarket Day Spa seeking an experienced qualifiedASSISTANT
SPA MANAGER / RECEPTION DESK / BACK-UP THERAPIST
Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC
Minimum 2 years' experience as Assistant Spa / Salon Manager / Reception Desk
Computer Literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Proficiency.
Good sales skills are advantageous.
Should be able to assist Spa Manager to manage the team and assist with treatments.
Excellent Time Keeping.
Experience with Stock Take, Revenue reports submission and good with Excel
Responsibilities include but are not limited to being responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the spa and the team.
Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills.
Mentor and motivate staff, drive revenue and sales.
Must be well-groomed to present the brand, neat and big on hygiene.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership skills
Spa operating hours: 8am - 8 pm Mondays - Sundays (Shifts)
Market related basic salary, commission and Managers incentives.
