Job Summary

The Spa Manager will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and growth of The Epitome Spa. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of spa and wellness services to ensure an outstanding guest experience while achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to brand standards Lead, motivate, train, and manage spa staff, fostering a professional and positive work environment Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service, hygiene, and treatment standards Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing training and development Oversee bookings, client relations, and complaint resolution with professionalism and care Manage budgets, cost control, stock levels, procurement, and supplier relationships Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, promotions, packages, and upselling initiatives Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and meet revenue and profitability targets Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations Maintain the spa's ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation at all times Collaborate with marketing and management on brand positioning and guest engagement initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a similar management role within a luxury spa or hospitality environment Relevant qualification in Spa Management, Hospitality, or Wellness (advantageous) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational, administrative, and financial management abilities In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and guest service excellence Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays Professional appearance and a passion for wellness and holistic living
