? What You'll Be Doing
Co-lead kitchen operations with the Executive Chef
Create dishes that celebrate local, seasonal produce
Mentor and motivate a passionate kitchen team
Maintain the highest standards of flavor, presentation, and quality
Uphold hygiene and food safety excellence
Contribute to menu innovation, wine pairings, and special events
Support cost control and ensure smooth, profitable operations
? What We're Looking For
10+ years' professional kitchen experience (with at least 3 years in leadership)
Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality (a plus, not a must)
Strong leadership with a positive, proactive approach
A genuine love for seasonal, sustainable cooking
Calm under pressure, guest-focused, and detail-driven
A creative spirit who enjoys experimenting while respecting tradition
