Sous Chef

Proven
experience as a Sous Chef
or in a similar leadership role (3-5 years in a professional kitchen) Strongcooking skills
and confidence across multiple stations Abubbly personality
with excellent communication skills StrongEnglish reading and speaking skills
Ability tolead by example
and motivate the kitchen team High standards ofdiscipline, quality, and speed
Additional must-haves:
Reliability and
punctuality
- leading from the front matters Excellenttime management and organizational skills
Ability to managekitchen workflow
and support the Head Chef Strong focus onfood safety, hygiene, and consistency
Problem-solving skills
