This role is hands-on and requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and operational expertise. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and menu execution Prepare and present high-quality tapas dishes consistently Supervise; train, and motivate junior kitchen staff Manage kitchen stock, ordering, and food cost control Ensure hygiene, safety, and kitchen operational standards are maintained Act as Head Chef when required Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior chef in fine-dining or tapas-style restaurants Leadership; mentoring, and teamwork skills Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and presentation standards Creative flair and passion for contemporary cuisine Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
