  • 4+ years as Sous Chef in a 5-star establishment.
  • Strong culinary knowledge and skills.
  • HACCP and food safety conscious.
  • Excellent time management and decision-making.
  • Proven ability to train and mentor.
  • Proficient in stock control and ordering.
  • Creative with food styling aptitude.
  • Strong communication and computer skills.
  • Valid RSA Driver's License.
  • Culinary qualification preferred.
  • Verifiable costing and stock control experience.
