Candidate Requirements:
- 4+ years as Sous Chef in a 5-star establishment.
- Strong culinary knowledge and skills.
- HACCP and food safety conscious.
- Excellent time management and decision-making.
- Proven ability to train and mentor.
- Proficient in stock control and ordering.
- Creative with food styling aptitude.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Valid RSA Driver's License.
- Culinary qualification preferred.
- Verifiable costing and stock control experience.
