? Key Responsibilities:

? Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations

? Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficiency and high standards

? Maintain consistency in dish quality, presentation, and flavour across all menu items

? Support menu planning, development, and seasonal specials

? Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations

? Manage stock, ordering, and cost control within the kitchen

??? Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a positive and professional working environment

? Requirements:

? Proven experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining or luxury hospitality
/p

? Strong leadership and team management skills
/p
p
? Excellent culinary skills with attention to detail and creativity

? Knowledge of kitchen operations, stock management, and food costing

? Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards
