A luxury family-friendly safari lodge is looking for a SOUS CHEF

Candidate requirements:
- At least 2 years in a Sous Chef role
- Must be organized and able to consistently produce good-quality food
- Great communication skills
- Have attention to detail and must be organized
- You must reference very well with a good food portfolio
