Job Description
Job Summary An exciting opportunity has become available to join a gorgeous Safari Camp as a SOUS CHEF. The ideal candidate will bring with them the necessary experience to help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Safari Camp experience ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in a Sous Chef position
- Knowledge on kitchen operations
- Knowledge on health & safety
- Passion for the culinary arts
- Medical Aid given on a permanent contract
- Provident Fund (50/50) given on a permanent contract
- Meals provided
- Accommodation provided
- 3 Weeks on, 6 days off
- Public holidays worked are double paid
- 21 Days annual leave, sometime in the second year
