Responsibilities:

Relevant diploma or qualification in culinary arts
/span

Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining, 5-star lodge or boutique hotel

Confident, well-spoken, and comfortable engaging with guests daily
/span
/p

Support the Executive Chef in kitchen operations: prep, production, stock control, scheduling, and compliance
/span

Contribute to menu development, incorporating sustainability and zero-waste principles
/span

Assist in managing and mentoring junior kitchen staff with a focus on skills development and local upliftment

Collaborate with FOH to ensure seamless food and wine pairings
