The successful applicant must:
have at least 3 years junior sous chef experience working in a restaurant kitchen
be a team player
have strong knowledge of fresh ingredients and seasonal menus
be able to manage and support junior team members
have consistency in delivering high-quality dishes
have good organisation and time management skills
have a positive attitude and a genuine passion for food
