Menu Planning & Costings
- Assist in creating seasonal menus and accurately costing each dishMeal Prepping & Food Preparation
- Ensure consistent quality and timely serviceFood Storage & Safety
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and storage protocolsCreative Development
- Bring new ideas to the table; we love innovationBusiness & Brand Building
- Help shape the culinary identity of our restaurantLeadership
- Lead a small kitchen brigade, manage prep and service, and mentor junior team membersFunction Catering
- Assist in planning and executing events and special functionsWho You Are:
Confident with
various cooking techniques
- from slow braises to quick sautes A natural leader withstrong team management skills
Comfortable working ina small, close-knit team
Understands thebalance between creativity and commercial kitchen operations
Deep knowledge offood hygiene and safety standards
Passionate abouthome-style, flavour-packed meals
