The Sommelier will manage the restaurant's wine offering and deliver outstanding guest service. Responsibilities include guiding guests in wine selections, recommending pairings, maintaining the wine list, managing stock levels, and training front-of-house staff on wine knowledge. You will actively contribute to sales growth through a commission-based incentive structure.
