Roles and Responsibilities
 SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
 Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, marketing campaigns, and industry events.
 Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of solar products and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
 Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes tailored to clients specific needs and requirements.
TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:
 Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of solar technologies, products, and systems, including photovoltaic panels, inverters, batteries, and installation practices.
Technical Consultation: Provide technical guidance and advice to clients regarding the suitability and performance of solar solutions based on their energy needs and site conditions.
 System Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solar systems that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
 Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs throughout the sales process.
 Customer Education: Educate clients about the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives or rebates.
 Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up meetings and communications to address any additional queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
SALES PROCESS MANAGEMENT
 Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and prospects to determine their potential and readiness to purchase solar solutions.
 Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts, including pricing, installation schedules, and warranty agreements.
 Closing Sales: Close sales deals effectively, ensuring all necessary documentation and agreements are completed accurately.
MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
 Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to identify opportunities and threats.
 Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors offerings and pricing strategies to position your products and services competitively.
PROJECT COORDINATION
 Installation Coordination: Work with installation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation, including coordinating site assessments and addressing any technical requirements.
 Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process or post-installation, ensuring client satisfaction.
 Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
 Prepare and present sales reports to management.
 Documentation: Ensure all sales documentation, including contracts and proposals, is completed and stored properly.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
