Job Description

Hire Resolve is seeking a Solar Project Manager for an exciting new opportunity in the sustainable energy industry. This role will be responsible for leading solar projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the client's satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning and execution of solar projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and ensure that all work meets standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and reports, and communicate progress and status to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with and provide technical support to business development teams in securing new project contracts.
• Manage project resource utilization, including staff and materials, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in solar or renewable energy projects.
• Strong project management skills, including experience in planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, including photovoltaic solar systems.
• Understanding of environmental and safety regulations in the renewable energy industry.
• Flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
